O CMDCA TX é o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente de Teixeira de Freitas, responsável por deliberar, fiscalizar e acompanhar as políticas públicas voltadas para a promoção, proteção e defesa dos direitos de crianças e adolescentes no município. Atua na articulação com instituições, poder público e sociedade civil, organizando o processo de escolha dos conselheiros tutelares e gerindo o Fundo Municipal da Criança e do Adolescente (FMCA). Nosso compromisso é garantir que todos os direitos previstos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA) sejam respeitados e efetivados na cidade.
